Retiffy

Retiffy is an online platform for easy certificate generation. Additionally we want to develop a better Retiffy that is able to manage the whole certification process: a CRM that track your groups, teachers, students, participation and certification and future subscriptions to your courses.
As we have idea what we need, we encourage You to give us a hint what YOU need from a course-management-platform.

Implement mass update of certificates

It would be great if we have mass update of certificates. Sometimes we generate certificates, but make a mistake in more than one of them. If we could download a CSV, change the mistaken values, uploaded again and as a result have the certificates...

Make a video on using Retiffy

The best way to believe in something is to see it working. It will be great if you have a short video on using Retiffy.

I don't know how to create a certificate template on my own. Where is the demo or a tutorial?

I our courses some students don't enrol for the next level. I need to know is that teacher related or not.

I can't upload CSV file

I edited the example.csv, but I cannot upload it: "Something went wrong, we were notified, etc, etc". I edited it in notepad, if it matters.

Remove empty fields in drafts

When there are unused fields, I see the texts "#{field_name}" on my certificate draft. I think it will spoil my certificate.

Possibility to duplicate versions

Obviously there are default versions for new templates. I need to start from a template and a create new version for it, leaving the original version intact.

uploading new template

when I upload new template, the 'default' version is not considered and I need to edit the template and provide again the default version.
